Wake up early in the morning at Brahmamugurtham practice pranamrutham between 4.30AM TO 5.00 AM.
Do oil pulling with organic gingelly oil for 20 minutes after brushing your teeth. Use herbal tooth powder or neem stick or karuvelam stick instead of chemical paste.
Clean the bowels before 7.00AM naturally or with the help of specially designed Enema can.
Do Netra Suddi - Eye wash using eye wash cup (with mud pot water/ Netra suddi panam as prescribd by the doctor).
Flush your respiratory system with Jala Neti kriya by using Jalanethi pot, daily or weekly once.
Make a habit to take have Brahma Snanam- Early bathing before sunrise. Feeling the touching sensation of water to the body.
Use herbal bathing powder/Gram flour/Natural soaps for body bathing. Use snandhi vilayan for hair wash.
Wear cotton, loose comfortable clean clothes.
Connect with the mud in the mode of mud pack or barefoot walking between 7.00AM – 11.00AM.
Sweat at least 15 minutes or expose yourself to sunlight with mild color dressing.
Cook food with positive thoughts and adopt slow cooking methods like insulation cooking, solar or fire wood cooking. For cooking use utensils like mud pot, glass, ceramics.
Have your food in specific Nadi timing or adjust your lifestyle according to the following timing. B.F - 7.00AM - 9.00 AM LUNCH - 1.00 PM - 3.00 PM DINNER - 7.00 PM - 8.00 PM (But best time is before sunset) If possible try to follow 2 salad and 1 meal (or)2 meal and 1 salad diet.
